If a proper seal is difficult to achieve with the PVC cup alone, make a silicone model around the treatment area (Fig. 1) to ensure a hermetic seal around the PVC cup (Fig. 2).

2. Total Arch Treatment

Make a suck-down splint and incorporate two ports, one for inlet ozone and the second for outlet gas. Reline the splint borders with light-body silicone, and where needed with a light-cure dam. Connect the ports to the ozone generator and suction unit. The use of a lip/cheek retractor is very helpful in this procedure. Set the concentration and time according to the indication.

4. Ozonated Water and Ozonized Oil Use
The use of ozonated water and ozonized olive oil O'THREE-Ozonide are well indicated in different fields of dentistry such as periodontal pockets management. You can provide the patient with ozonized oil in a disposable syringe for home use.
