Major autohaemotherapy with ozone. One of the most effective methods of systemic action. During this procedure a certain quantity of the patient's blood is taken from the cubital vein, mixed with an ozone/oxygen gas mixture in a plastic haemakon or sterile bottle from physiological saline. The received mixture containing active oxygen forms (ozonides) is intravenously re-infused to the patient through the same disposable system. Below is shown one variant of this procedure after Prof. S.P. Peretyagin.

Accessory Set for Major AHT with Ozone

  1. By means of a braunule make a venous puncture.
  2. To a 4-way-faucet attach a braunule, syringe and disposable system, the latter is connected to a heamokon or sterile bottle from physiological saline.
  3. By manipulation with the faucet and syringe take 50-150 ml of the patient's blood.
  4. Introduce the given quantity of ozone/oxygen gas mixture into the haemokon.
  5. After reaction with ozone the enriched blood is intravenously re-infused to the patient by flow way (by manipulation with the faucet and syringe) or drop-by-drop through the infusion system.

This manipulation can be repeated several times if necessary to treat a larger quantity of blood.
